1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. What Can Be Returned
Most physical items, including books and study supplies, may be returned if they are:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
Items that show signs of use, writing, markings, or wear may not qualify for a refund.
Ebooks: Since ebooks are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, assistance is only available in cases of file issues, delivery errors, or incorrect editions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or missing components), Von Book will cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer preference or a non-product issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. How to Start a Return

Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.
5. Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Ebooks (unless there is a delivery or file issue)
- Digital downloads
- Final-sale items
- Items not returned in original condition
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order details. A replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost.
