1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business day after payment is confirmed.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM MST are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Most physical orders ship via USPS or a comparable standard carrier.
- Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days after the order ships.
- Shipping is free, with no minimum purchase required.
- Ebooks are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your physical order ships, a tracking number will be sent by email so you can follow your package.
4. Where We Ship
- We ship to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:
- Please contact us within 7 business days.
- While carrier errors are outside our control, we will assist where possible.
6. Address Accuracy

Packages returned due to address errors may require an additional reshipping fee.
